Processing Times

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp (if provided).
You can use this link to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your door.
If your tracking information does not update within 48 hours, please contact us at winnermodadeportiva@gmail.com.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible — once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us immediately.
We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your package and assist you in resolving the issue.
However, Winner Moda Deportiva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the courier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and items immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at winnermodadeportiva@gmail.com.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
