Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.

  • With original tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • Free from any lint, pet hair, or makeup marks.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear, swimsuits, socks, or intimate accessories.
Items purchased on sale or final clearance, and gift cards, are also non-returnable.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at winnermodadeportiva@gmail.com with your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at winnermodadeportiva@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders).

  • Underwear, swimwear, or socks.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if applicable).

If you’re unsure about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at winnermodadeportiva@gmail.com.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of size, preference, or other personal reason, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs.
